Stephen Jon Moss

Stephen is a true professional and expert in his field. He taught me how to be prepared and confident in presenting my work to those agencies who believe you guilty before proven innocent. Stephen's expertise makes him a key man to have in your corner. I would never walk into an important meeting without him at my side. I cannot be grateful enough for the work he has done for me. He's concise, supportive, a true expert, and has fantastic mediation skills. I was so worried until I had Stephen guide me on how to be best prepared. I can't recommend him enough!

Thorough and honest

Put on tons of junk fees and continued to call despite repeated emails asking him to follow up via email so that he could bill in .10 increments to leave voicemails. We were told a draft of a letter would cost $300-$350 and he wound up charging us close to $1200 with all the junk fees. I understand that legal costs can go up, but in this case, it was a simple letter he drafted and sent. It's absurd. I've never been so frustrated with an attorney.

It was so bad I had to terminate Moss as my attorney after less than 6 months. Yet, even after acknowledging that he was terminated and I had hired a new attorney, Mr. Moss continued to attempt to bill me for "winding down" work for thousands of more dollars over several more months.
