Don't use this disbarred fraudster he was supposed to do a writ for me charged $14,700.00 and it's got errors misspellings due to outsourcing work with uneducated people. Matthew Daher is a personal injury lawyer not an appeal specialist. No one answers the phone they are crooks. Texans beware I plan to take him to court soon.
Working with him has been terrible. Before paying him the actual fee he requested after the $5000 case review he returned calls. The moment he received the $25,000, all communication stopped. Matthew was asked if he review the case and previous appeals, he said yeah. After several emails and message telling him to file the case in the 5th district he file the case where he wanted to so that confirmed that he did not properly review the case. A denial was sent on behalf of my case. As I knew it would because of the lack of Matthew’s review and knowledge. An adequate case review would’ve lead to correct filings in the right district. When he finally returned the last call he made after wasting our time. He mentioned that another attorney would be reaching out. We have yet to receive anything from him or the supposed other attorney! Nothing to go off of or reach out to.Now of close to $30,000 with no results. I’m currently looking for an attorney to sue him. I got his personal info.
