We had retained Ryan to help us with a POM misdemeanor case, and it had a good start. He was friendly and talkative upfront which was promising, and he didn't have bad reviews. As time went on, however, we realized it was impossible to get in touch with Ryan which left us incredibly stressed and worried as we have never gone through the legal system before and wasn't sure what to expect. Eventually, he finally responded, after we sent a threatening email saying maybe we should get our money back to consider another attorney. He talked us down and for some reason, we fell for his tricks and continued to use him. Then again he dropped off the map, never responding to emails, texts, calls, never at his office. Until one day, we had a court date where he actually didn't even show up. A representative of the court then told us he is no longer eligible to practice in the state for failure to renew and he completely left us hanging.
