Robert Kept me very informed and always made sure I felt comfortable moving forward in my case. He was very professional and made this much rather. Thank you!
Robert Kiesling is an excellent, family law attorney. While representing my case, he was so informative, patient and knowledgeable that he saved me a great deal of time, money and frustration. He relieved my stress levels with his honest and candid (not typical of attorneys I have met) approach to issues that arose or needed further legal ease explaining. My ex-wife's attorney was a mess and was constantly messing up documents and made numerous errors on changes that were supposed to be made on her behalf. Robert ended up having to redraft the documents to have everything updated the correct way as agreed upon. After he corrected my former spouse's attorney's documents and submitted them, my ex-wife's attorney wanted to still go to mediation for issues that she was insisting on. Robert gave me a great deal as he assured me there was no way mediation would go her way or in court if it came down to that.
I called Robert to discuss a complicated case involving domestic violence and liability. I come from a background of abuse, as does my wife. I understand there is a lot of stigma involved and that it is never OK to be violent towards another person. Nevertheless There was violence, and I need legal counsel. I couldn't even explain anything relevant to my case but I was candid and began the conversation with the truth. Apparently that was enough to get me cut off mid sentence (no I didn't try to argue or call back, it's his right) and then hung up on. There are a lot of facts surrounding my case that while I am far from a good person, at least a reasonable person wouldn't throw me away as refuse. My spouse (soon to be former spouse) has not, nor her family or mine and they know all the facts. But Robert didn't even hear me out for more than 20 seconds. Even if not everyone is entitled to legal counsel, at least we should hear them out before we judge? What kind of lawyer does not?
