Ms. Riley Daniels was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Manor, Texas, before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University and Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Before law school, she worked at a general practice law firm and gained experience in family, criminal, personal injury, immigration, and estate planning law. During law school, she served as a Student Attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, and Staff Writer on The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice. She also interned with an Austin personal injury law firm where she learned to draft petitions, discovery, and motions for trial.
In New Mexico, Ms. Daniels worked for personal injury law firms where she frequently reviewed insurance policy documents, prepared discovery responses, and facilitated negotiations with opposing counsel for litigation and minor settlement cases. She also attended court mandated proceedings for arbitration, mediation, status hearings, and minor settlement proceedings.
In Texas, Ms. Daniels currently practices personal injury law and represents clients involved in car accidents, company vehicle accidents, and commercial accidents.
