With nearly two decades of criminal defense experience, Park has dedicated his entire legal career to defending Texans accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses.
He earned his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin before attending the St. Mary’s University School of Law. While in law school, Park was a member of the St. Mary’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he gained hands-on courtroom experience representing defendants throughout the San Antonio area. This early exposure to real-world criminal litigation shaped his practical, client-focused approach to defense.
After graduating, Park returned to Austin and opened a solo criminal defense practice. In 2015, he was recruited to join a small firm, where he handled thousands of cases involving serious misdemeanor and felony charges, including DWI, assault, strangulation, drug possession, and intoxication assault. His extensive caseload gave him deep insight into Texas criminal procedure and local court practices.
In 2025, Park joined Michael & Associates, where he continues to represent clients facing criminal charges in Austin and surrounding communities. He is certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to administer standardized field sobriety tests, providing him with critical technical insight in DWI and intoxication-related cases.
