Michelle Rosenblatt focuses her practice on estate and tax planning for individuals and their families. Michelle works closely with United States and non-United States citizens and residents and their advisors to create plans that achieve their goals while reducing potential conflicts and minimizing gift, estate, and income taxes. Michelle also represents corporate and individual fiduciaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts.
Michelle’s practice encompasses a wide range of services, including estate, gift, and charitable planning, and multijurisdictional estate and tax planning. She prepares wills, documents to address incapacity, revocable and irrevocable trusts, estate and gift tax returns, and premarital, marital, and cohabitation agreements. Michelle also assists with business structuring and succession planning.
Michelle is a frequent speaker to groups of her professional peers and taught “Financial Methods for Lawyers” at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law from 2015-2018.
Michelle is actively involved in her community, serving as a board member and the former treasurer of KMFA 89.5, Austin's classical music radio station. She is also a member of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas.
