I would like to express my gratitude to Louis Leichter & Darrin Dest of the Leichter Law Firm. I was training for a pediatric fellowship but my contract was not renewed. The TMB wouldn't even grant a temp license to practice general pediatrics unless I appeared before a licensure committee. 7 jobless months. He reviewed my case, and set the tone of the hearing to one of humility & respect. Now I'm practicing general pediatrics with a full license. I have recommended his firm to my colleagues.

On our initial conversation, Mr. Leichter demonstrated significant knowledge about the physician training process (residency, fellowship, etc) as well as experienence dealing with the Texas Medical Board regarding licensing issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job he did, and was extremely happy I used his services. I would certainly recommend him to another physician who was experiencing licensing problems with the Texas Medical Board.
