Hired Attorney James M. McCormack

We have an estate planning practice and we work with Jim frequently. Our questions range from managing potential conflicts of interest to how to acquire a retiring lawyer's practice. He is ALWAYS responsive, clear and professional. All lawyers are subject to more and more scrutiny, and having Jim's wise advice helps us sleep better! Brad Wiewel

Hired Law Firm

McCormack represented me long ago, before I became an attorney myself. In almost twenty years of practicing law, I have never met a more professional, more capable, more gentlemanly attorney than James McCormack. There is a very fine balance between zealously advocating on behalf of one's client, and unintentionally failing to "disagree, without being disagreeable"; McCormack walks that line exquisitely. If your problem is in his bailiwick, you cannot do better, and can easily do far far worse.

Hired Law Firm

Jim McCormack brings honor to the legal profession. Impeccably qualified, superbly prepared, comprehensively knowledgable and dedicated to his clients best interests, Jim is a passionate advocate and a trusted counselor. I highly recommend Jim's advice and counsel to any lawyer who faces complex ethical issues, with a desire to do the right thing; and also for any lawyer facing questions regarding his or her own conduct.
