I have having to sue my ex-husband after a divorce because he filed for bankruptcy and included a debt that was in my name also. In the divorce decree, I was indemnified from this debt. I had to hire Ms. Klamert to put the debt back on him. She told me that he would pay all lawyers fees. However, when we got to court, she made me pay her fees and my ex nothing. Not good business. I feel she lied to me.
I had to take my ex-husband back to court because he filed bankruptcy on a debt that he was responsible for and not me. Abigail in the beginning was all big talk at what she would do. She also said I would not have to pay attorney fees as this was my ex's fault. When we went to court, then talked in a separate room, my ex's attorney asked how much was attorney fees. She said $800. He said he would not pay. I ended up paying $1600.
