Susan is one of the sweetest people to deal with. She was very understanding and extremely compassionate. Her fees were more reasonable than anyone else I had spoke to and I'm so glad that she is the one whose office I ended up in. Melissa, her assistant, is phenomenal in gathering all of the information and making sure that you missed nothing. I recommend them, wholeheartedly, for any issues such as this. I can't say enough about the great job they did for me. They made me comfortable, and not embarrassed. I was treated with respect and like I was important to them. Not just another case. To have been such a stressful time in my life they made the process bearable. Even two years since our first meeting they are still helpful when I need additional information. Again I recommend Susan G Taylor and her team.
One of the things that impressed me was how thorough Susan was during an intake discussion; she asked questions and presented issues that no other attorney had done; those questions showed problem areas that have made me hold off a filing! The other attorneys would have had these same problems but only after I would have paid them, then they could have charged more.... Susan saved me a lot of money and headache by her thorough questioning.
Ms. Taylor exceeded my expectations while eliminating he stress that came with my financial burdens. She took the time to carefully explain my options to fit my needs with compassion and dignity. I would certainly recommend Ms. Taylor to anyone because her experience and dedication is second to none.
Susan was very helpful in getting to the essence of my case, given a lot of complex rabbit trails associated with it that had me confused. Susan immediately knew where to go for answers. Her background in law is quite extensive. She was kind and caring, as was her paralegal. Her caring attitude will no doubt bring good karma her way.
Ms. Taylor is a wise and compassionate person. She has the legal knowledge to handle your case with professionalism and class. She is honest and will work with you to find the best solution for your circumstances. She is genuinely concerned about each individual's situation and is fair. If there were 20 stars, I would rate her with them!!
Ms. Taylor is an ethical professional. She explained each section of a complicated process making a difficult situation easy and reassuring.
Great Austin bankruptcy lawyer--I highly recommend her.
Susan did a great job as a bankruptcy attorney, advising me about the differences between Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and preparing the necessary paperwork. She completed the work on schedule and for the price she quoted with no surprises. I would recommend Susan Taylor to any individual looking for an affordable TX bankruptcy attorney.
I am very sad right now. Susan initially won my trust and I decided to take her on as my lawyer. After I paid my $2,000 things completely changed. I called her Paralegal to set up an appointment via phone call because I had a few questions. To make a long story short I was berated on the phone right away. She said that I did not know what I was talking about and she was actually laughing at me on the phone when I asked a couple of questions about my case. I was completely taken by surprised and speechless of how she was talking to me. Because I stood up to her she fired me and kept all but $300.00. We had sent a couple of emails to each other and in one of the emails she said I was on drugs and alcohol. She has caused our family a lot of stress and I am very untrusting of hiring another lawyer. Susan knew my wife had Cancer and was going through treatment and she assured me that all would go smooth. Please stay away from Susan Taylor, the same thing could happen to you. Best wishes
