Ms. Ashworth focuses her practice exclusively on estate planning and probate matters, assisting clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other related documents. She also handles pre- and post-marital property agreements, charitable planning, and estate administration. In her work, Karen represents clients as executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, providing them with the necessary legal tools to navigate relationships, raise families, care for aging parents, and plan for disability. She helps clients protect assets, create legacies for family or charitable organizations, and implement plans for the distribution of assets upon death.
Licensed to practice law in Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama, Karen returned to Austin in 2011 to be closer to her family. She has two grown daughters.
