There, Justin developed his passion for helping people seriously injured in accidents. Justin helped prepare hundreds of personal injury claims for litigation.After graduating, Justin accepted a position with the McMinn Law Firm, which was founded by his older brother, Jason B. McMinn, where Justin is now a partner. When he is not at the office, Justin likes to spend his free time with his family and being outdoors. He and his wife, Kendall, are members of Lake Hills Church in Austin, Texas with their son.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
