Hired Law Firm

Working closely with this lawyer during the Probate Court process was challenging when other heirs abut ultimately we won the case. We needed a lawyer who was easy to work with. This lawyer made the process very easy with flexibility and coordinating meetings. We were also able to communicate by email making the process easier. The attorney built trust with us and we valued the advice given that solved the case. Overall we were very pleased with hiring and would gladly hire this lawyer again.

Hired Law Firm

Very poor communication. He speaks to his clients as if they are lesser. Once he has your money he is not willing to work with you. I would not recommended using his service.

Hired Law Firm

Unprofessional, very poor communication. Does not return calls or emails. Very slow and unmotivated. Mr. Bennett was hired to probate a will 8 months ago, no progress has been made and he continues to bill for unnecessary services.
