James Hicks is a civil litigator and business lawyer who handles a wide variety of construction, real estate and commercial disputes. He has been litigating in state and federal courts for more than ten years, achieving successful results on dispositive motions, trials and appeals. He is licensed in Texas and New York. James' varied background enables him to solve hard problems for clients.
