Was very easy at communicating but when we went to mediation did not advise me much on my options. He was supposed to be my lawyer and I felt like he was making me bend over backwards to accommodate my ex wife when I was trying to get child support.
Hilton Moore took my modification of child custody case at a reduced rate through a lawyer referral service. I do believe that this fact is why I had trouble getting responses from him. He wasn't very timely in communication and my case ended up taking almost 6 months to be heard in court, even though it was uncontested. For what I paid for his service and his experience I still feel like it was a fair value.
I placed my trust in this attorney, when I hired him. After our first meeting, I had the feeling not that he was lying but he was attempting to portray himself as different from what was real. I should have listened to my instincts. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend him.
