She handles a broad range of disputes including commercial lease interpretation, landlord-tenant conflicts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes, Texas securities law violations, and intellectual property matters including patent and trademark claims.In her broader litigation practice, Gabby drafts pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements. She manages case development from inception through resolution, working directly with company founders, general counsel, and co-counsel to assess legal risk and develop litigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
