There were some areas of communication that could have been clearer upfront
There was very little follow up to let me know how my case was progressing. When it was (or so I thought) finalized, the called me back and said that the Trustee wanted more money per month than I was told would be due (chapter 13 bankruptcy). I also had to contact the office several times for answers to questions which I feel they should have provided in advance. My involvement in the process was minimal and everything went well as far as the timing and filing.
He was very condescending and made assumptions about me based on stereotypes. Furthermore, he advertises a free consultation, yet he billed me $350 for the first visit.
