Unresponsive. Did not read through material sent so didn't bring up certain pertinent facts. Did not fully explain paperwork before signing and agreeing. Unprepared for trial, kept trying to make a deal despite being told several times it would not work. Therefore, no witnesses were present. Important financial document was not given to accountant. Lied about trying to recoup family member's payment. Rude and condescending. Didn't notice that client was having mental breakdown during court.
Willie assured me that he was capable of handling legal issues re: money owed to me & my son's schedule. Despite my warning him that my ex's lawyer's MO is to slander me, he was completely unprepared & filed the wrong papers with the court. He was hostile, verbally abusive, & inappropriate & predatory. He refused to inform me about temporary orders or a pending hearing, which I learned from a lawyer I had to consult. He lied about my situation to the opposing lawyer and the lawyer I had to hire
