Dennis Eichelbaum represents Arlington ISD. Last March, he was in a meeting with the AISD Superintendent and a gentleman, David Jarvis. Mr. Jarvis had filed a grievance with AISD (actually, he has had to file over 15 to date) because the AISD Board refuses to answer some simple questions on if AISD has a policy on what a teacher is allowed to tell a child if they ask about gender confusion. This particular grievance was because Mr. Jarvis asked for a list of teachers who were primarily responsible for EID over the students. The file he was sent had almost 1000 names of teachers with no departments designated. When Mr. Jarvis asked for a list that would give him this, he was told by Adrianne Mendes, that they "we're done". When this was brought up in the grievance meeting on 3/23/23, Dennis called the tax paying citizens who wanted to attend the grievance hearing with him, "minion's", not only once, but twice. Dennis was condesending and rude. His arrogance was uncalled for.
