Clint focuses on guardianship, probate, and general estate planning in Williamson, Travis, and nearby counties. He also handles contested matters and has significant experience with dependent administrations. Courts in Travis and Williamson Counties frequently appoint Clint to serve as an attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem, or estate administrator in probate, trust, and guardianship cases. He joined Barnes Lipscomb & Stewart PLLC in 2010, following two and a half years as the Law Clerk and Staff Attorney for The Honorable Guy Herman in the Travis County Probate Court No. 1.
In addition to his legal practice, Clint provides mediation services for contested probate and guardianship matters. He is also a regular speaker for the Texas College of Probate Judges, where he shares his knowledge on topics such as heirship determinations and dependent administrations.
