Hired Attorney Ms. Emma Apodaca

I would like to start my review by saying Emma D. Apodaca is the most skilled, professional, well spoken, strategist attorney I have ever met. In my many years of business I have not encountered an attorney that cares so much for the people and "actually" has their best interest at heart. What a polar opposite she is to the industry. Not ONLY did she win my case but she won it with sheer elegance and precision to the law. She left no stone unturned and was so prepared that even the courts had no questions. Her work, preparedness, and specific knowledge of the law was irrefutable. I couldn't be more grateful and to say satisfied would be an understatement. If you are like me and need a HUGH win and an attorney that will actually care about you and your needs, Emma is hands down who you need. Super fast and extremely reasonable. Take it from my review and more importantly take it from my win where the odds were stacked against me from the start.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
