Scott Pettit is a fine attorney. I found him to be hardworking, trustworthy, and always looking out for my best interests. I would use him again and consider him to be my attorney of choice for any legal matter.
His intent to work for me went from good to going far south, during one meeting at his office he'd mentioned that maybe I should contact a different attorney and then again, after months, he told me this again, at a luncheon meeting, discussing my case, that maybe, I need to seek new counsel; "out of no where", but then says, that we should meet at a date following (On again, Off again). The man would not come to my residents to work on my case, after my telling him I had no transportation, he did say that he could come to my residence, I said, Pease do, anytime! For sure, he kept me going into circles! This went on for months, as I grew more and more distraught. A long drawn out; do nothing. He send me letters but never called, and I through the letters on the table for months. Then found out that he had request from the court to be dismissed from the case filing, which the court allowed. Think twice, and do some consideration, This man just added to my Pain and Stress! Lawyer, HA!
