My parents and I have dealt with this firm for several years and have always handled our affairs. They are very good at handling business and personal affairs. However, they do tend to have a problem responding on things and giving you all of the information. Bonnie the receptionist is great and will handle most basic things for you. Rich, on the other hand, has a very dry sense of humor, never smiles or laughs and talks in a monotone and sometimes feels like his is talking down to you.
My attorney was Rich Larsen. He yelled at me when I didn't understand something he was explaining. He was only responsive via a paralegal who was collecting the documents I provided. She also snipped at me one day because I couldn't figure out how to accurately document my self-employed income. I ended up having some complications and paying extra, which could have been avoided had Rich been alert and communicative.
They don't listen when I told them I had no doctor they kept sending forms for "my doctor" to fill out. They never sent me to a doctor of theirs. They are useless because they are not local.
