About John Baldacci, Esq.

After serving as a Law Clerk, Jack worked at a prominent regional foreclosure law firm, representing some of the largest banks and corporations in the world. Jack served as Lead Counsel on innumerable cases, securing a corresponding amount of successful judgments for his clients. Jack is no stranger to the courtroom and will take a case all the way through trial, if necessary, to resolve his clients’ legal needs. Jack’s significant trial experience supports his ability to hone-in and to assess his clients’ legal goals, and efficiently and effectively resolve their disputes. Jack is constantly ready to jump into action for his clients.

Jack grew up in Augusta and is a 2009 graduate of Cony High School. Jack loves interacting with the people of Maine, and he looks forward to immersing himself within the Augusta community.

Jack chose to be educated in the state of Maine, and attend the University of Maine and the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, Jack interned at one of the largest private law firms in Portland, Maine, as well as at one of the largest private employers in the state, where Jack represented the company as a Hearing Officer and heard formal grievances from many unions. Also during law school, Jack worked as a Conduct Officer at the University of Southern Maine, where he independently held hearings and adjudicated alleged violations of the University Conduct Code. In addition, Jack served as an Articles Editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, where he demonstrated and developed thoughtful writing and articulate arguments.

Jack is both a creative craftsman in his legal writing and a strong orator in the courtroom. He is adept at negotiation, motion practice, and trial litigation. His passion for the law and for his clients is evident with every interaction.

In his free time, Jack enjoys reading, pinochle, and pick-up basketball. Jack lives with his loving wife, Leah, who is also a lawyer at the Firm.
