Attorney Connor Herrold is a dedicated and skilled trial attorney with a strong foundation in criminal defense and personal injury law. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2019, he quickly distinguished himself through hands-on experience in a criminal defense clinic and clerkships with a state judge, the Washington County Public Defender's Office, and the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. These early opportunities gave him a well-rounded perspective on how the justice system works from every angle.
Connor launched his career in personal injury law before taking on the demanding role of a full-time public defender in southern Arkansas. In that position, he gained extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in matters ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious homicide cases. His work as a public defender sharpened his ability to think quickly, advocate passionately, and navigate high-stakes situations with calm determination.
Now living in Portland, Maine with his wife and their two dogs, Bruno and Wallace, Connor is excited to bring his skills and client-first approach to his new community. Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiation table, clients can count on Connor to listen carefully, explain the process in plain language, and fight tirelessly for the best possible outcome. Outside of the office, Connor is an avid soccer player and fan, a mountain biker, and an explorer of Maine's trails, breweries, and local food scene. His down-to-earth nature and approachable style make him not only a trusted advocate but also someone that clients feel comfortable turning to in challenging times.
