Easy to find, comfortable surroundings, friendly staff, very responsive.
Extremely knowledgeable and caring about his clients. Knows the law extremely well and knows the people and administrative agencies that he deals with well.
I found him to be extremely likable and outgoing. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and able to explain things in a manner that was not over anyone's head.{para}I certainly learned a lot from him and would recommend him to anyone.
great guy
Too willing to settle without doing more research. Too expensive and much of work farmed out to paralegals and incomplete.
Billed more than twice the estimated maximum cost for the service and would not negotiate the bill. Waited to last minute on filing deadline and then rushed to meet it -- meaning any opportunity for cost control was out the window. I ended up feeling like instead of hiring an ally I had acquired an additional adversary who was at least as big a threat to my financial well-being as my litigation adversary. Be very careful about the number of billable hours they are incurring. Don't be fooled by a low hourly rate. There are two ways to skin you; rate is one but hours allegedly expended is just as effective at getting to an outrageous bottom line on your bill.
Horrible horrible horrible. They chose to not honor my fathers last wishes. Imagine- you draft a will detailing sentimental last wishes for children and grandchildren and when you pass away, they choose to not honor them.
The mediation process was not helpful. I felt that the mediator did not take my case seriously, bragged about himself, his accomplishments, and the other cases he had mediated, "succeeding 90% of the time." The mediator was best friends with everyone, from Bill Clinton to Judge Barbadoro, a problem for me, and in this case, conflictory. When he compared me to some numbskull, or similar term, I was speechless. Another snide remark about federal court being intimidating was uncalled for, too.
