I know there are some negative reviews here. But I’m not one of them. Deborah is the sweetest person and really cares about you. She called me and made sure I was up to date on everything with my case.

I did not hire him. I was the plantiff on a case he was defending. He himself is very rude and disrespectful. He hung up in my face AFTER calling ME. It took him 2 weeks to return my phone call. He showed up to court late which pushed our case back an hour. His legal secretary is sooo rude. I have never been treated that way in a place of business in my life. They need to be shut down!!!!! Completely unprofessional!!!

The legal assistant was very rude, unprofessional, and very poor customer service skills. Never in my life have I been treated so badly. If only I had read the reviews beforehand!!!

Hired Law Firm

The legal secretary is rude as heck and very unpleasant. My original appointment with them was August 1st and since then I have not spoke with Richard since and have had to converse with his legal secretary. They advised me of a $375 filing fee to file it within the courts. To me, this sounded very high so I called Columbia county court and found that the fee was $207 and that I was able to file it myself. The lawyer denied to create the custody agreement unless I paid the fee to him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
