If you need help with probate matters, Mr. Stalnaker is the best. He is kind, caring, and g;ot me placed as administrator quickly. I had no idea what to do but that was ok because Mr. Stalnaker did not mind taking the time to personally guide me through the process. He is very hands on which I appreciate.

I was referred to Mr. Stalnaker after the passing of my mother. Probating an estate can be wreak your nerves, trust me. Working with Mr. Stalnaker was great. After the death of my husband, I did not know what to do. I could not find his will. I am so thankful that I had Mr. Stalnaker on my side. He helped me through the most difficult time of my life. Mr Ed was brought in by the attorney we had hired Steve Shepard to represent my younger brother Mark concerning my mother's estate. Mark lived on the this property 52 years and ran a landscaping business which helped support our Mom. He had a restored mobile home on the property which he worked 2 jobs to pay for. Mr. Ed approached the judge and then he an the estate attorney John Pilcher( who had a long history with our older brother Bill) talked about Turkey hunting. The late Bill Jennings kicked my brother out of his home. His clothes, the Saws that my uncle had given him, all his tools, medicines even the medical shower he had just installed was stolen from him. We thought once judge James saw the injustice he would restore at least what the neighbors had not seen my older brother Bill and his sister Martha take from the property but no James ordered Mark to pay to have his home torn down. And another mobile home that was for strorage. Even though Mark was sick.
