Kathy was everything I could have hoped for from a lawyer for my child custody situation. Through the many twists and turns of a very complicated case, she brought expertise, compassion, and keen problem solving throughout the process of getting custody of my daughter. I was fortunate to have found Kathy. I made a huge mistake and didn't hire a lawyer for my divorce, and got stuck with a parenting plan and child support that was not fair. At first my ex didn't enforce everything in the orders, and was more flexible, but as time went on she started using the plan to keep me out of my kids life. I decided to try to make a change to the original order and that is when I found Kathy. While I know that it is difficult to completely revise original orders without something big that supports such a change, she was great with laying out a plan to make some incremental steps to make changes. I now have more time with my kids, and pay a more reasonable child support payment for my situation. My favorite part is that she is like an extension of family. She wanted to know about me, my family, my son and felt like she actually cared. I also appreciate that she is always a text or call away when I need her advice.
