About Chad R Eubanks

For the past decade, Chad Eubanks has driven hundreds of divorce and family law cases throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish counties to exemplary outcomes. Hired Attorney

Things were questionable but I think overall the representation from this firm was OK. It did take over $50K to get them to see that I was telling them the truth. This is a clear example of you being guilty of whatever until proven innocent. Most people do not have the resources to prove their innocence. My issue was not until the end, there was a mistake with the Judgment where a simple fix could happen and then nothing. I understand that we are in the holidays and actions would be slow but the last time that I checked, communication was fast. If you have deadlines, with this firm they may or may not be met.

Hired Attorney

Chad represents my ex, and I can honestly say he is one of the most disengaged, ineffective attorneys I’ve ever encountered. He appears to have little to no involvement in his own cases—his paralegal does all the communicating, while he sits back and collects fees. Before our mediation, he didn’t even bother to prepare his client or explain what was actually reasonable under the law, leaving the process costly and unproductive. Worse, he signed off on discovery responses that contained blatant falsehoods and unanswered questions, essentially rubber-stamping incomplete work. This kind of negligence not only disrespects the court but also forces the opposing attorney to do extra work—driving up everyone’s costs unnecessarily. If you’re looking for an attorney who will ignore your case and let his paralegal do the heavy lifting while he shirks responsibility, Chad is your guy.
