I worked with this lawyer on a debt settlement case on behalf of a family member. The lack of proper filing forms and procedure by this firm led to a judgement against us. To make matters worse, Cathyana became defensive upon being informed of our findings from court Clerk that wrong forms were used. She dropped us in the middle of case causing us severe hardship before we proceeding to conclude the case without their help. I do not recommend this firm.
Worked with this lawyer for less than a year for tax issues with IRS where errors were made by IRS. She still was not able to get my refunds with no resolution, no case to transfer or notice to share. The communication is weak and not frequent unless solicited.
