If you are nervous or afraid to contact a lawyer for a legal issue, you should contact this one, Michael McGahan. I called and within one week I was sitting across from him and he was on the case. He was professional, but he did not sugar coat anything, he was straightforward. He answered all my questions and kept in constant contact with me. Within two weeks he had completely settled my issue. I highly recommend him, he will make you feel confident, comfortable and really help you.

Michael McGahan took over my case when I felt it was stagnating with a different attorney. Within 3 months he was able to wrap it up and provide me with a settlement while avoiding the need to bring my builder to Superior Court. I feel that his knowledge and experience not only helped guide my decisions but also ensured that the builder and his counsel did not continue to delay coming to an agreement.
If I need legal counsel in the future, Michael McGahan is the person I will call.

Michael was unknown to me, but came highly recommended for his work in the Attleboro Courts. My case was urgent, as Michael explained that I needed appear at a hearing in the morning. After putting me at ease, he explained the legal issues, steps to be taken, and assured me he would obtain all court records and meet me in the morning. Michael not only proved to be an exceptional man, but also a highly skilled, tempered and experienced attorney. He prevailed in a very long and difficult case.

Michael helped resolved a complex breach of contract/financial issue between related parties. He was very professional, remained calm and more than once presented the facts in such a way that they were easily understood by both parties. More than once he ignored my ranting and raving, listened attentively and then proceeded to talk me off the ledge. Without him this matter would have ended up in the courts. He facilitated the best possible outcome.
