Excellent, very hard working, was able to get my case every that the law would permit. He run his office with his two sons six days a week from 7am to 6 pm.

Charles Godwin is one of the most unethical human beings I have met. He is NOT a lawyer and does NOT stand for justice whatsoever. $7400 is what I paid Charles Godwin. He bullied me, told me to pay off a doctor for quick and favorable results, told me repeatedly "he didn't give a sh**" when I tried to bring up circumstances within my case. Defended the otherside instead of me (his client) He is the worst lawyer for a female for sure. Biased, sexist, cruel, dirty, and unethical. I would NOT recommend him.
Incompetent. Charged a $7500 non-refundable retainer, which is illegal! Refused to communicate, filed strange/illogical motions, refused to allow us to review the initial complaint, and refused to do what we requested. Run away, far, far away from this firm.
Terrible attorney! I thought I have seen bad but he is the absolute worst. Won't return phone calls or emails. very unreliable. Sides with the plantiff more then his own client. Run the other way. DO NOT waste your time or money with this fool.
Once he got the money to probate a will for my elderly mother he was nowhere to be found. He said it would take 3-6 months, it is now over a year later with no word. I've called & called, he's only returned 1 phone call in a 6 month period. Don't waste your money or time on this man, HE'S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!
