Hired Attorney Hon. Bert Rice

Might be a better atty then he was a judge but he was a terrible judge. My Child and i still resent that man. Law changed ( supposely) and was swapped to him, after being with a fair judge for years. My daughter was in the 2nd grade and he changed custody not even knowing the case and allowed them to withdraw her from school move her to a whole new school out of the state with her not knowing what was going on and not see nor talk to her mom and siblings for two weeks. He is not for the kids the least bit. I was glad to see him leave so he couldn't keep ruining families and hurting innocent people.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
