Lucas Levenson is a seasoned gaming attorney based in Cooper Levenson’s Atlantic City office. He is a member of the Casino & iGaming and Criminal Defense Practice Groups and also assists with real estate, commercial litigation, and corporate law matters.
Lucas focuses on multistate gaming licensing, regulatory analysis, and compliance-related drafting, maintaining strong relationships with state gaming agencies and tribal commissions nationwide. His expertise spans all gaming derivatives, including sports wagering, lotteries, sweepstakes, social casinos, and esports.
Before entering private practice, Lucas gained hands-on experience in the gaming industry as a financial analyst with a land-based casino and as a compliance analyst with a sports wagering company. He also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James P. Savio of the Atlantic County Superior Court, NJ, and completed an internship with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
