Hired Attorney

hired Mr Bonchi from GMS Law in Northfield NJ to do a tax foreclosure for me. The owner of the property paid off the debt. So I send Mr Bonchi at GMS Law on March 17 2023 a email stating that his services are no longer required. That any further action I will handle it myself. They acknowledge that email on March 18 2022. Latter on I got a bill dated July 1 2022 from him for a court filing that they did on my behave. First at this time I was no longer their client. Second they did this against my expressed wishes. I never gave them the authority to do this and they did it without my knowledge. I will never use him again. Sinshu
