Our personal injury law firm was built on the principles of honesty, hard-work, and success. After practicing law for several years and wining trials with his former law partner, Darren decided that he wanted to expand his practice to help more Georgians. So in 2019, even though he had built one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the state, Darren decided to rebuild on the proposition that he would help as many people as he could.

Tobin Injury Law's mission is to give every client we represent our very best. Our firm prepares every case for trial; just as importantly, we treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion. My case involved a rear end crash by an uninsured driver and my claim was against my own ins carrier under Underinsured Motorist coverage. My co was unresponsive to me so I went to Tobin Injury law. Darren was easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. He explained each step as to how he would proceed to present my case to Auto owners. I felt very confident with Darren. He was prepared to go to trail if necessary and I felt very confident with him. They decide to settle.

I had the pleasure of working with Darren Tobin in April 2017. I was the unfortunate victim of an unprovoked dog attack that left me physically and emotionally scarred. Darren was so kind and compassionate towards me as well as to the dog owner. He was able to work out a satisfactory settlement while being sensitive to the dog owner's financial limitations. Darren was a pleasure to work with. I fully and without reservation recommend Darren.

Darren Tobin was so Wonderful in helping with my Lawsuit! He walked me through all of the possible case scenarios with my case and reassured me he would be there with me every step of the way which was a long journey with my injuries from a multi-car accident. I appreciated him always being available with emails or phone calls with any questions I had and being very Honest! My expense was very minimal compared to the settlement I received. Plus we settled out of court. Recommend Darren 100%
