About Mr. Timothy Gardner

Timothy J. Gardner is the Managing Partner of Gardner Trial Attorneys with a proven record in all areas of personal injury law. A Morehouse College and Loyola University Chicago School of Law graduate, he began his career in Chicago at a prominent trial law firm and later served as Vice President of Claims for a national insurer in Georgia and South Carolina, managing bodily injury and property-damage automobile claims. That insurer-side experience gives him a unique perspective on how claims should—and should not—be handled, including insurance coverage, policy drafting, and the rights of the insured. Mr. Gardner has litigated a broad range of matters, including automobile and trucking accidents, product and premises liability, medical malpractice, business and franchise disputes, and torts. He has led high-stakes cases such as a franchise dispute against a nationwide company, representation of victims of a financial Ponzi scheme, and restoring an elderly client’s home deed after a fraudulent investor scheme. He is committed to efficient, fair resolution and to ensuring injured clients’ voices are heard in court.
