The Wachter Law Firm was founded in 1995 for the purpose of providing timely and efficient legal services in the areas in which we practice. A cornerstone of our firm is to give each client the personalized attention necessary for success.
Mr. Wachter joined the bar in 1989 after graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Wachter also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The University of Maryland at College Park where he held honors memberships in Omicron Delta Kappa, Order of Omega and Phi Sigma Society. He is a member of the Creditors' Rights, Real Property Law, Business Law and Bankruptcy Law sections of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Wachter has achieved an AV-rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the facilitator of a peer review rating process that reflect the opinions of fellow lawyers and judges as to the legal ability and general ethical standards of an attorney peer. An AV-rating is the highest rating.
Mr. Wachter frequently appears as a lecturer in the areas of real estate and corporate governance to attorneys and paralegals. In addition to his legal pursuits, Mr. Wachter also serves on several philanthropic boards throughout Atlanta.
