However, we are well-versed in all types of personal injury cases and have represented clients in cases involving Uber and Lyft crashes, airbag injuries, pedestrian accidents, and more. OK, they can do a better job of communication with clients, but in the long run the results were much better than expected. Now on the flip side of things, it took almost a year for my case to be settled which is a lot of time. But in the end I received more than 9x's of what was expected (talking money). So yes I highly recommend The Roth Firm because they got me more than what I wanted. Great job, and i would most defiantly do business with them again. Thanks, Mr. Satisfied Client

Hired Law Firm

The Roth Firm intercepted my phone call after speaking with 911 and that is why I hired them. Big mistake. They ended up getting much more money than I got. And, I was the one hurt and my car was damaged greatly and still is damaged. I wish I had called Morgan and Morgan. I consulted with two more law firms after it was about settled and they both agreed with me that something didn’t sound right but it was too late for me to change. Unscrupulous law firm!

Hired Law Firm

I was involved in an auto accident over a year ago and became a client. After I submitted all requested information, my calls to the case manager were rarely answered, and the one time I spoke with an attorney was at my request. In the fall I was told I would be receiving an offer letter, but I never received any further correspondence or communication. I guess my case wasn't big enough, however, I still deserved to be contacted and told the determination of my case; very unprofessional service.

Worst decision i ever made was hiring The Roth Firm for the purpose of , what can only be described as, their profiteering off of/ from , the ridiculously miniscule settlement that their incompetent firm could procure after almost a year and a half of them mishandling my case. Do not make the same mistake i did. I have no doubt that i could have talked with the insurance adjuster myself and left the table with more than what was left ovet after their fleecing of the case. WORST ATTORNEY'S EVER
