Dear Attorney Ronnie Mabra, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of my case. It is unfair to take on new clients, keep them in limbo for almost a year, and provide little to no communication, all while hoping for a fast and easy win. Throughout this process, I have felt ignored, and it seems evident that when the opposing attorney decided to put up a fight, your firm's interest in my case diminished. If this type of case was not within your expertise or you had no intention of taking it to trial, it would have been more honest to say so upfront rather than dragging this out. It feels like this was never about providing the best legal service for me but rather a desire to secure a quick victory. This kind of approach only wastes time and frustrates clients like myself. I urge you to reflect on whether this is the kind of service you want your firm to be known for.
