Hired Attorney Ms. Tanya Graham

I retained Ms. Mitchell-Graham in 2023 for a child abuse disclosure case, paying nearly $10,000 based on her claims of 30 years’ experience. She missed multiple meetings, admitted she had not reviewed my evidence or transcripts, and came unprepared to our only hearing where I was sanctioned as a result. Despite promises, she failed to order transcripts, mishandled mediation, and billed me thousands more while neglecting my case. She also made unprofessional remarks and pressured me to accept unsafe terms. I ultimately terminated her, and her own federal defense attorney has acknowledged I have grounds to sue for malpractice. #JusticeForMilan
