Hired Attorney

Mooney helped me out. It took a few years, but it got done right. We must a gone to court 20 times before Mooney got me the deal of a lifetime. (Good thing I didn’t have to pay for each court time. LOL!). Finally got the DUI dropped and pled to a traffic ticket for weaving out of my lane. Kevin Mooney is the GOAT!!!

I have engaged Kevin on two occasions with non-convictions in both instances (including non convictions of the infractions). I must state Kevin is the best in defense litigation. A combination of his successful litigation skills, zealous representation and investigative work deliver results far superior than to those attorneys waiting on their motion for discovery and/or whatever poor deal the state will offer. I am a Police Officer who was politically charged with DUI. Mr Mooney saw through the politics of the bullying police chief. Mr. Mooney explained in clarity to the judge who also agreed. The charges were completely dismissed. No I am pursuing getting back my 3 months of suspension from the city. Thank you Mr. Mooney. CM
