Bankruptcy Chapter 13

Hired Attorney

Mrs. Senay has been absolutely fabulous throughout my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case. Her unwavering tolerance, this was my 3rd time filing, encouraged me to continue when I seriously had lost all hope. She was especially impressive when my mortgage company tried to sue me for their mishandling of my mortgage payments. Yep, a big W for the little guys. The entire firm of Berry & Associates is spot on. They found a discrepancy on my credit report from another big wig in the financial industry that also ended in my favor. Crawling out of the sinkhole of debt that I caused took serious discipline. I am thankful for having such great representation.
