He maliciously volunteered sensitive information to a conflicting 3rd party regarding our private lending relationships, term sheets, corporate structure, etc. We provided our private agreements and information to Stephen Harlan in confidence as our closing attorney. But he turned on us and disclosed our confidential documents without permission. We will be filing a formal complaint/grievance with the Georgia State Bar, Better Business Bureau, the local court system and any other regulatory body that is willing to assist us with obtaining justice. Stephen is a dishonest attorney. He took advantage of a very sensitive time when people are trying to feed their families, getting laid off of jobs and facing a global pandemic to feed his selfishness and greed.
