Scott M. Zahler represents plaintiffs in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, class actions, business disputes, and insurance law. Licensed in Georgia and Florida, he provides dedicated advocacy and personalized representation to individuals navigating complex legal challenges. A Miami native, Mr. Zahler earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was named an Outstanding Senior, received the James S. Mofsky Book Award, and served as the founding president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America chapter. He also held leadership roles on the Moot Court Board and the National Mock Trial Team.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Zahler remains active in the legal community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers and held leadership positions within the State Bar of Georgia. His contributions extend to civic engagement, including roles with the Brown Alumni Schools Committee and the State YMCA of Georgia.
