Sandra Marie Fuller aka Sandra Clarke (State Bar No. 128758) is an absolute disgrace as an attorney. It's highly questionable why she was allowed to have her law license reinstated by the State Bar of Georgia to practice law however, she's become craftier with her conniving ways. She was disbarred for 10 years for being convicted of 9 felony counts of theft by taking with the Gwinnett County Superior Court in the state of Georgia. She appealed the case and lost- see Georgia A12A0924 CLARKE v. THE STATE. This unreformed convicted felon is still a thief! Her m.o. is to bait you in as a client, then flip the script on you, leaving you high and dry after lying about what she will do for you as your retained counselor. Based on her history, I'm sure that she is trying to make up for all of that lost time when she could not practice as an attorney and now her goal is to make as much money as possible by any means necessary. Unless you are a glutton for punishment, hire this deviant.
This attorney was disbarred in 2011 and was allowed to practice again after she pled guilty to 9 felony counts of theft by conversion. Fuller was sentenced under the First Offender's Act and later disbarred. After serving community service she was readmitted to practice law again, approximately two years ago. Since this time she has continued to MISUSE her services and has been accused of professional negligence by MANY OF her past clients, including myself. I spoke to her at length seeking her professional services. She made her sales pitch about how she would represent me and suggested strategies. I paid the retainer fee the next day. A week later she wrote a letter to the court stating she would be taking a leave of absence from August - December for personal and professional reasons. She failed to communicate this information to me, her client of only one week! I found this out months later from my new, professional attorney. Wasted my time, took my $ & left me stressed!
