About Richard F. Walker III

Richard F. Walker III (“Rick”) is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation Practice. Rick currently focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has advised both multinational firms and closely-held entities in a wide range of disputes, including class actions arising from alleged data breaches and nuisance claims, shareholder derivative lawsuits, commercial and residential construction defect litigations, and insurance coverage actions. Rick also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to pro bono work. He has worked with prominent non-profit organizations in connection with asserting claims under the Civil Rights Act and Fair Housing Act. He worked on a team that helped establish new law in the Second Circuit regarding post-release medical care for immigrant detainees. Rick also has experience advising non-profits and other entities in connection with internal investigations.
