Molden Holley has provided legal services for my firm and me individually for the last 4 years. They have always been responsive and thorough in all work aspects. I have worked with Atty. Molden for almost a year on various legal matters for the college. I rated her as excellent in each category because she provides excellent service to our institution. If she cannot get back to me on a matter, another attorney from the office will get back to me. I appreciate the timeliness in which she handles our concerns. She always provides us with researched based responses to our legal issues.

 
Discrimination

My now ex-husband was wrongly accused of discrimination at his job 2 years ago. My ex-husband found this lawyer, Regina and at first, she was committed to this case, and said she can definitely win this case. I can understand that covid had hit and that can explain why the communication lacked, and she stopped communicating with him. He would constantly call to check up on the case, and she'd always have her assistant call him back/or would leave word that he had called. This went on for about a year. Months go by and things start to fall apart with their lawyers stating the facts that he did this and was demoted from his managing position, etc. He was certain Regina could help him fight this, but all she did was continue to take money from him every month, and still did not do anything. He ended up getting some kind of settlement, but part of the agreement was that he couldn't work there if he took the settlement. So, he lost his job, and had to find another one after the settlement.

Hired Attorney

I hired attorney Molden for a sexual harassment claim against my employer. After receiving my right to sue from the EEOC I made multiple attempts to contact Ms Molden at her office to no avail. I finally recieved word from her firm that she would be dropping me as a client, 6 days before my right to sue expired because she couldn't handle the case. While her firm drafted a lawsuit for me to file myself, I didn't receive that until the very last day I could file suit for this complaint.
